SB 1506 - Electric Utilities [RPCC]

General Bill   by Bennett
Electric Utilities [RPCC]: Requires a court to conduct a hearing no more than 120 days after an electric utility has filed a petition seeking to appropriate property necessary for an electric generation plant, an associated facility of such a plant, an electric substation, or a power line. Requires the court to issue its final judgment no more than 30 days after the hearing, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
