General Bill
Taxes:
Exempting from tax certain separately stated charges imposed on a lessee or licensee, respectively, of leased or licensed premises; authorizing businesses that receive tax credits under the Urban High-Crime Area Job Tax Credit Program or the Rural Job Tax Credit Program to transfer the credits to other businesses; authorizing a qualified target industry business to sell, assign, exchange, convey, or otherwise transfer certain tax credits, etc.
